Job Details

Ambitious Capital Markets professional sought by the leading Investment team in one of the world’s fastest growing property sectors. The team have advised on over £1bn transactions over the last 12 months, advising on both M&A transactions and traditional real estate investment deals in countries across EMEA. As an example they are currently selling a portfolio of assets for more than €500 million. They are ideally looking for an AD level Investment Surveyor, with a desire to work on deals across EMEA, and who can demonstrate a very strong transactional track record.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Director in investment transaction work and report writing
  • Preparing simple cash-flows and other financial analyses; income analysis and residual appraisals for investment and development opportunities
  • Preparation of investment sales collateral including brochures and teasers
  • Managing workstreams and hitting deadlines
  • Integrate with contemporaries in target client list
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and advice to clients
  • Integrate with peer group in the investment agency market and internal specialist markets teams
  • Demonstrate involvement in high profile instructions and take on more responsibility and day to day management of such instructions

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified, with at least three years PQE
  • Capital Markets / Investment experience
  • Excellent transaction management skills with demonstrable track record
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Pro-active and enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Confident and assertive where required
  • Able to be creative and innovative
  • Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
  • Technically competent (i.e. basic financial modelling)
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
