Job Details

AD level Tenant Rep professional sought by international Agency team. They are looking for someone to source and acquire space on behalf of occupiers across EMEA, and are open to sector experience as long as candidates can demonstrate a strong track record of success working with large corporate clients. The Associate Director level role is client facing and transaction based, and they need someone who is a highly motivated and organised individual with self-initiative. The successful candidate will be commercially minded with an ability to work effectively as part of a team and alongside large corporate clients focused on closing high profile real estate transactions.

The role is particularly suited to an individual who is looking to utilise and grow their transactional experience through working with a range of blue-chip corporate organisations across multiple geographies. This role requires someone who understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion with important company information.

Responsibilities:

  • Real Estate based degree with some industry experience, MRICS is highly desirable but not essential
  • Previous Industrial, Retail or Office agency experience would be desirable, although other commercial sectors will be considered
  • Proven client facing experience
  • Commercially astute
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently
