Global Transaction Manager – EMEA Coverage – Based in London – Up to £65,000 Per Annum

An Associate Director requirement has arisen within a Leading Global Corporate environment for an experienced Transactions Manager to work on a large global client contract.   London based role offering up to £65,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join a leading Global business operating as an account lead across a large global portfolio with EMEA coverage based out of their London office and in a well established team.   The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of properties where they will be responsible for the Acquisitions, Disposals, Asset management and strategic management of the portfolio. 

The Role:

• Support the team plan to develop the client portfolio
• Identifies key technical issues/ problems in transactions and offers appropriate solutions
• Support effective delivery of client assignments to deadlines
• Work collaboratively to generate new instructions and pool expertise within the team
• Proactively identify new business and revenue opportunities
• Manage and liaise with internal teams and external consultants to provide a full service to the client
• Gather and act on client feedback
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell when discussing a client’s requirements
• Manage budgets and billing on specific client accounts
• Ensure timesheets are up to date and reflective of current work
• Keep own knowledge of relevant case law up to date
• Deliver volume transaction programmes for the client
• Liaise with key client contacts to agree, develop and produce detailed reporting
• Support programme management in a way to extract maximum profitability through use of sub-agents and viewing agents.

Skills Required:

• Degree level qualification
• International EMEA transactions experience essential. 
• RICS qualified. Proven track record across a variety of transactional sectors
• Experience of leading projects
• Analytical expertise with Excel
• Ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
• Experience selling successfully to clients
• Financial acumen and management of instructions to budget
• Business and report writing experience
• In-depth knowledge of current legislation and case law relevant to role
• IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
• Experience of freehold and leasehold disposal processes.
• Experience of lease negotiations, including lease renewals, lease regears and lease expiries
