Surveyor- Hotels, London
A leading independent property consultancy is seeking a newly qualified chartered surveyor to join the established hotels department, based out of the W1 offices.
This a great opportunity to join a collaborative business providing consultancy advise across hotels, serviced apartments & resorts throughout EU and the UK. You will be responsible for undertaking valuation & relationship management to clients in the hotel sector.
In order to be considered for the role you WILL:-
- Be MRICS Qualified & a Registered Valuer
- Preferably hotels experience (wider trading valuation will be considered)
- Proficient in Office & Excel
