They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Rural Surveyor to join their established and growing team in Northamptonshire.

The Role
 
The successful Rural Surveyor will take on a varied role with a wide range of professional work. This will include providing strategic advice to both landlords and tenants, as well as estate management.
 
Duties will include undertaking property and taxation valuations, sales and lettings of property, compensation claims, grants and subsides and joint ventures. Also identifying new business opportunities, managing and developing both new and existing client relationships and assisting in the delivery of financial targets and being responsible for managing own performance whilst exceeding in core technical skills.
 
 
The Person
 
The successful candidate will be a RICS qualified professional with experience within a similar role. They will require a practical understanding of property, land, business and agriculture and will have a proven track record in dealing with clients in a professional manner. The ability to work in a team and independently and use initiative is a must, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and IT capability.
