Madison Berkeley are delighted to be working exclusively with a highly regarded Property and Asset Management company who provide comprehensive and bespoke property solutions to owner-occupiers, private individuals, banks, funds, corporate recovery advisors and property businesses. The business regularly works with private clients, who don't have their own property teams and our client acts as their trusted advisor across all property and asset management matters. They currently look after close to 180 multi-let buildings, mainly in London but also on a nationwide basis and pride themselves on their ability to forge and maintain long term relationships with their clients, and tenants.

The business have recently taken on two new instructions for London based Trophy Assets, and hence need to grow the team. They are now looking for a Surveyor or SS level candidate with Commercial Property Management experience to assist in the management of the new buildings, as well as undertaking property and asset management activities on existing accounts, including lease regears, refurbishment projects, leasing, etc.

Requirements:

  • MRICS is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience of liaising with multilevel stakeholders including clients, professional team, lenders, investors
  • Thorough understanding of commercial leases / service charges
