We are looking for an Asset Manager to work in a client side role for a PropCo in Manchester. In this role you will manage and influence the full asset lifecycle of their portfolio in the Manchester region. Working with Senior Management you will be looking at current and future assets, managing tenants across various commercial property holdings, responsible for managing all landlord and tenant obligations, rent recovery and lease renewals using formal process. There is also opportunity to identify and deliver refurbishment enhancement programs and necessary upgrade works to optimise assets as well as enhance from a place activation perspective the commercial properties and surrounding area.

Ideally, you would be a chartered MRICS surveyor with relevant experience working in a Asset Management, a track record in advising and managing commercial property portfolio with strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law and process. You may work currently in an Asset Manager role for a Propco or within General Practice Surveying
