The Company
Joshua Robert are excited to be recruiting for a highly respected chartered firm of surveyors in Worcestershire.
With a strong base of highly established nationwide clients, the business offers a range of services to their clients including business rates, commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, compulsory purchase and compensation through to commercial property acquisitions and financial asset valuations.
The Role
The successful candidate will be advising on landlord and tenant arrangements across areas including leases, lease renewal, rent review, dilapidations, easements, service charges and disputes.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and a considerable knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant law, ideally within a consultancy environment.
