This position will be remote working so don’t worry, you can avoid travelling during the cold winter mornings. 

Although this role will be home working, if you do need to go on any site visits you won’t be disappointed.  You will be managing assets, which are in one of London’s most historic and beautiful boroughs. Whilst visiting sites you can enjoy a walk along the banks of the River Thames.  

As a Chartered Surveyor, you’ll know what to expect if you’ve worked in Local Government before. You undertake day-to-day estate management on a commercial portfolio built up of mainly retail units. As well as this you will carry out asset valuations on both residential and commercial properties.
