The Role
Our Client is looking for a Building Surveyor to work on their impressive portfolio which covers hundreds of sites in the UK alone. In order to be successful, you will draw on your experience of working on a wide range of commercial properties. You will be joining a well-established team that is certainly striving forward continuously.
The Person
Ideally you will be RICS qualified and have well rounded experience within commercial Property. Preferably you will draw on your experience having worked with another property management company or even client side. The ability to work well within a team is essentially as the culture within this business is very strong.
The Rewards
As well as offering a competitive salary our client has a performance related bonus and a car allowance. This role will offer you exposure to one of the biggest property management companies in the country which is also a forward thinking business which offers a clear route for progression.
