Their key target is growth and being successful in this venture has allowed them to expand their team. With a wide variety off assets in their portfolio this company has established itself as one of the leading property managers in the country.

The Role
Our Client is looking for a Clerk of Works to oversee their impressive portfolio which covers hundreds of sites in the UK alone. In order to be successful, you will draw on your experience of overseeing similar Commercial Properties and being responsible for the quality and safety of the projects on site.


The Person
Experience working for a property management company is preferred by the company in this case as well as experience liaising with clients. A solid knowledge of Commercial Property is also desired. Experience within Health and Safety is desirable as is knowledge of work permits within Construction.
