Valuation Associate/Partner

A UK-wide property consultancy is seeking an Associate/Partner to join their office in Exeter covering a range of asset classes including office, industrial, retail, land and some residential.

Reporting to the Head of Valuation, you will be working with a range of clients, from large scale landowners and developers, to individual private clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake some landlord and tenant work, such as rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as proactively grow and develop their department.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Promote services to existing and new clients, and generate new business and client contacts
• Be responsible for own caseload and delegate effectively to other team members, as required
• Undertake valuation reports and assist on consultancy projects
• Provide fee quotes, manage a range of clients, and take responsibility for the delivery of work in a timely manner

Key Requirements:

• Registered Valuer with RICS
• IT literate and experience using Argus
• Valuation experience across commercial asset classes
• Track record of business development and excellent client care skills
• Proactive, adaptable and a team Player

Salary £50,000-70,000 + benefits, based on experience
