In another lock down things may once again seem a bit unclear. Luckily, we can rely on local authorities to power through and boast flexible hours and generous pay. 

Initially you will be working remotely with the goal of travelling to the office now and then. However, on the days you to go to the office you will be able to take a nice stroll down the coast. This local authority is looking for a Chartered Estates Surveyor to support the management of their unique property portfolio and assist them in general estate management. The beauty of this role is that you will be doing all aspects of general practice so you certainly wont get bored.

You will be a hands-on GP surveyor focusing on landlord and tenant work alongside day to day roles such as valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals and Acquisitions and disposals to name a few.
