Based in the Midlands and looking for a new contract?

Due to a high workload that has built up from last year, this public body is looking for you to come in as a Consultant and help them out for an initial 6 month period.

As you’ll expect, this is a home working role. However, like most, you’ll want to be able to visit sites from time-to-time so luckily this client’s office is just a 5 minute walk from the train station.

As a Chartered Estates Surveyor with public sector experience, you’ll know the drill. You will be undertaking all aspects of commercial estate management, including Landlord & Tenant matters, rent reviews, lease renewals, asset valuations and acquisitions and disposals. Your objective will be to maintain and increase income for the organisation through the property portfolio.

With lots of things changing at the moment, you’ll have plenty to do and the beauty of working in the public sector in the current climate means more job security.
