Looking for a part time project to undertake for the next 6 months?
If you are a Development Manager, with housing enabling experience, who has worked in Local Authorities then you will know what’s involved. You’ll be working from home, which means you can fit other ventures you have on around this project.
You will be leading a team of two to provide strategic advice in relation to the development plans to meet the Council’s housing demand. As a team you will be dealing with affordable housing, Section 106 and social landlords.
