AD – Site Transaction & Landlord Agency – London – Up to £75,000 Per Annum

•          Our client is a leading consultancy who are looking to appoint a SS or AD where the role is client facing and transaction focussed.
•          The role is predominantly focussed on acquisition of sites and leasing of client’s developments on behalf of major corporate clients.  
•          The successful candidate will be commercially minded who is able to close high profile real estate transactions.
•          Good communication and relationship building skills are essential
•          The role would suit a candidate working in a brokerage role with a Landlord focus
•          Experience of working within the Industrial market would be ideal with experience of site acquisitions
•          Extensive Real Estate transaction experience is essential
•          Commercially astute deal maker
•          Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently
•          MRICS preferred but not necessary
