Senior Project Manager / Associate Director:

£60,000 - £80,000

Don’t get me wrong, working for a large outfit has its perks; strong reputation, interesting clients, but a huge driver for a lot of people that I speak to is the job security… especially during a time like this.
 

Often the stereotype is that joining a smaller firm would be more risky but in this case it couldn’t be further from the truth!

This firm are at the more boutique size, and have been around for the last 20 years. Over the years, they’ve gained the trust of some of the leading developers within the hotel space, and the firm typically work on projects above £15 million.

Off the back of recently winning 3 fantastic schemes, which are all due to run for the coming years they need an experienced Project Manager to join the team and run projects. All of these projects have elements of new builds, with the opportunity to work on hotels, flats, lodges, country clubs, and restaurants all to a high specification.

The appointed Senior Project Manager or Associate, will receive the support of the wider team including the owner and Senior Directors, but will also have the autonomy to run schemes from the very front end right through to completion.

They are a great outfit, who are very collaberative, they look after their staff, pay well, and can offer career progression that simply isn’t available in other firms.

What is there to think about?

Requirements:

• MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM (desired)
• Construction related degree
• Consultancy experience
• Leading projects (new builds or refurbishments) above £10million
