Macdonald and Company has been instructed to secure a Procurement Director for a well-known and respected real estate company. This is a pivotal role for our client as they embark on implementing a strategic approach to the procurement and delivery of large-scale, residential led developments.
To be considered we are looking for a highly professional individual with a demonstrable track record and extensive experience across the supply chain, construction procurement and a variety of delivery models.  Experience across a range of sectors, especially large-scale residential will be a huge advantage and a track record of leading the procurement from inception to completion is essential. In addition, you will be able to:
  • Lead a team both internally and externally.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Work strategically across multiple projects at any one time.
  • Demonstrate a proven understanding of the residential construction supply chain.
