Head of Construction

Savista Developments, which launched in September 2019 and currently builds and fits out the next generation of Hallmark’s Care Homes and Santhem Residences retirement villages, is seeking a Head of Construction to join our rapidly growing team.

The Role:

Savista Developments is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Construction to build and lead the construction team and lead on innovation and process. 

You will:

  • Manage and oversee the construction department and ensure that the main objectives of Time, Quality, Health and safety and Cost are met.
  • Direct the operations managers in their duties to ensure consistency across the group.
  • Build a construction team of high-quality individuals as the business grows
  • Consider new working practices as appropriate with the wider group team, to enhance the performance of the group.

You will be:

  •  A highly experienced construction leader, who adds real value to our team.
  •  Ideally, have experience of the care or retirement living sector.
