Savista Developments, which launched in September 2019 and currently builds and fits out the next generation of Hallmark’s Care Homes and Santhem Residences retirement villages, is seeking a Head of Commercial to join our rapidly growing team.

The Role:

Savista Developments is seeking to appoint a Head of Commercial to drive the business and commercial team forward. We are seeking a rainmaker, an individual that leads and inspires and has a passion for growing a business that delivers the next generation of care and retirement environments into the market.

You will:

• To head up the commercial function of the group business.
• To take a strategic view of the business going forwards, and identify issues before they arrive.
• To build a team of the best people to take the business forwards as it expands.

You will be:

• A highly experienced commercial leader within the design and build space, who adds real value to our team.
• Ideally, have experience of the care or retirement living sector.
