Senior Surveyor/Associate - Hotel Valuation

I am currently collaborating with a leading international consultancy to expand their Hotel Advisory Team. They have a need for an experienced Valuation Surveyor at Senior Surveyor or Associate level due to the high volume of work in the team.

The Hotel Advisory team is a part of the business specialist team in Alternative Markets. They are professional and collaborative, yet sociable with a great team ethos.

The role itself provides the opportunity to be well placed within the UK and European market within a leading team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to travel across Europe, as you carry out valuations and advisory services on hotels and resorts.

You will be developing and maintaining long lasting, high quality client relationships across the UK, European international hotel sector. Key responsibilities for the role will include but are not limited to:

• Provide Valuation Advisory services to clients

• Report writing

• Managing client relationships

• Management of junior staff

• Business development

The successful applicant will be an MRICS, registered valuer and technically strong. You will also be highly client facing with excellent communication skills. Experience in Hotel Valuation is desirable but not a necessity.
