Mixed Commercial & Residential Valuation Surveyor

An established and independent, multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy is looking to supplement their busy valuation team with a qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor.

The business operates as a partnership, with over 30 Equity Partners and growing. They are specialists in providing services across all traditional commercial and residential asset classes across professional services, development and investment, leasehold reform and receivership.

You will be responsible for carrying out valuations for residential and commercial property, across a London based portfolio, for secured lending and tax purposes. Advisory services will also be for the purpose of acquisition, accounts, expert and matrimonial. Other key responsibilities include:

• Leasehold enfranchisement valuations for residential lease extensions
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop new business
• Develop and identifying opportunities for cross-selling

The successful applicant will be a Level 3 registered Valuer with at least one year of post qualified experience. It is a key requirement of the role to be able to carry out valuation across commercial and residential and to carry out lease extensions.
