Senior Surveyor/ Associate Surveyor - Commercial Valuation

I am currently collaborating with a global leader in the Residential and Commercial Property Consultancy sector. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded and established business. The opportunity is for a Senior Surveyor/Associate so be responsible for valuation of commercial investment properties.

The business was founded in the 1890's, it has over 500 offices worldwide and ~20,000 employees. They are a well-known business with a global identity. They are experts in providing valuation services across lenders, funds, property companies, private and public sector.

You will be responsible for carrying out fund valuations across retail assets and other commercial asset classes, across the UK. Key elements of the role are:

• Commercial Property Valuations
• Business development and maintenance
• Generation of fee income
• Client liaison and management
• Attending networking events to generate business
• Report writing

You will be expected to continuously develop your knowledge on the property market and legal case law.

Key requirements for the role:

• MRICS qualified
• RICS Registered Valuer
• UK Property experience
• Experience valuation for funds
• Argus Valuation and Developer
