Property Manager - Immediate Start - Client-side - 6 month Interim

We are delighted to offer a fantastic and rare client-side opportunity for a property manager based in the north west. This is a 6 month interim contract with an immediate start. 

Core elements of the role include; 

• Service Charge 
• Liaising with Tenants
• Managing license applications
• Working closely with the in-house FM to manage repairs and maintenance
• Innovative approach to enhance the performance of portfolio

Working in a small team, you will be a key element of the success of the portfolio from the outset, with excellent support from your colleagues and a strong on-boarding process.
