I am partnered with one of the UK's leading residential property developers for an experienced Assistant Site Manger to work alongside Construction Directors in the delivery of a large, high end residential project in West London.
Company
The business is a respected, FTSE 100 company with an established reputation in the industry. You will join the business with focused responsibility for facade quality management. You will also be required to manage subcontractors, carry out onsite inspections and provide support for senior management.
Applicants
The successful candidate will have 1-2 year's post graduate experience in an Assistant Site Manager role, delivering large residential projects. You will be client facing, with the ability to communicate across all levels. You will have the ability to lead subcontractors in the delivery of high-end, A grade projects.
