Land Director - Highly-Entrepreneurial, Growing, Residential-Led, Mixed-Use Developer

Role  Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the identification, negotiation for and acquisition of, major development sites across London and Greater London. These are for a mix of open market residential, PRS and affordable uses. This role is highly focused, and your key skill is in developing relationships to secure high-quality, highly profitable sites with the due diligence undertaken by supportive internal teams. In addition to the acquisition aspect of the role you will also play a very important part as a member of the senior management team.

Company A highly entrepreneurial, privately owned developer with big ambitions. Already a significant player, they are putting together a great team to move into the next phase of their evolution. They have the funding in place to grow and operate innovative joint ventures with other parties.

Person We seek to identify a highly entrepreneurial and well-connected Land Director, who knows and is known within the London market. You are a dynamic “deal-doer” who is not afraid to work hard and create opportunities. You have the ability to see “the angle” and bring forward highly profitable sites. You are highly presentable and a great communicator with a demonstrable track record of acquisition.
