Macdonald & Company are working with a major property development and investment company, who are looking to grow their business and add a Commercial Property Manager to the team. Despite the challenges that COVID has brought, this business that has a portfolio of Shopping Centre assets in the UK and Europe, are looking to further expand.

The role will provide a best-in-class service and support the shopping centre portfolio and other associated assets, ensuring effective communication between the client and the on-site teams and managing agents.

The Role:

Assist and support the Asset Managers in delivering their arrears targets for the assets
Promote delivery of cost savings against your allocated business plans
Attend monthly asset control group meetings on property management issues
Review all tenant applications and prepare recommendations for approval by the asset manager
Provide technical property management advice in respect of the service charge
Co-ordinate as required with insurance brokers and support service providers in respect of insurance inspections, fire insurance and valuations
Provide advice to the general managers/site teams in respect of retailer lease compliance issues
Promote sustainability and corporate responsibility

About You:

MRICS Qualified
Experience in commercial/retail property management, shopping centres a bonus
Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
A team player who delivers results and can build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Driving Licence is essential
