Job Details
The role will provide a best-in-class service and support the shopping centre portfolio and other associated assets, ensuring effective communication between the client and the on-site teams and managing agents.
The Role:
- Assist and support the Asset Managers in delivering their arrears targets for the assets
- Promote delivery of cost savings against your allocated business plans
- Attend monthly asset control group meetings on property management issues
- Review all tenant applications and prepare recommendations for approval by the asset manager
- Provide technical property management advice in respect of the service charge
- Co-ordinate as required with insurance brokers and support service providers in respect of insurance inspections, fire insurance and valuations
- Provide advice to the general managers/site teams in respect of retailer lease compliance issues
- Promote sustainability and corporate responsibility
- MRICS Qualified
- Experience in commercial/retail property management, shopping centres a bonus
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
- A team player who delivers results and can build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Driving Licence is essential
