Job Details
Macdonald & Company are pleased to be working exclusively with a London based Property Company who are looking to appoint a Senior Management Surveyor.
They are a very well positioned company with a strong financial backing, they occupy and invest in to both commercial and residential real estate. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and proactive team.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full day to day management of a proportion of the portfolio– predominantly across both office and retail assets.
They will be responsible for the service charge budgets, reconciliation and manage prompt rent collections and chase arrears where required.
It's essential that candidates have a strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law along with extensive experience of working on lease matters such as assignments, surrenders, alterations, rent review and lease renewals.
You will also be able to assist with asset enhancing strategies for the portfolio where the opportunity arises and you will pursue and explore joint venture opportunities when the needs arise.
This is an opportunity that's heavily office/ site based so the ideal candidate will need to be happy with this.
Finally, use of QUBE or a similar property management system, Excel, Word and Outlook is desired for this position.
Salary will be up to £65,000 inc car + discretional Bonus & pension.
