We are working exclusively with our client to recruit a Head of Development, reporting into the Development Director, the Head of Development will oversee two developments of considerable size in London. To be considered you will have a demonstrable track record in delivering large complex projects, these schemes are logistically challenging and are residential led schemes.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects through all the different stages in the development lifecycle including feasibility stage, masterplanning, procurement, and implementation. You will be experienced within the residential sector.  Ideally, you will have gained this experience working for a master developer, residential led developer and/or housebuilder. In addition to your track record you will also have experience of managing a team of 2-3 direct reports. It will also be an added advantage if you are a chartered MRICS Development Surveyor by background.
