Head of Sales - South West/Central London 

GKR London are currently working with one of the leading names in the property sector and who are widely considered the biggest name in the London property market.

They are searching for a Sales Manager to run one of their most established offices, where you will be responsible for managing & growing their market share in an area of strategic importance for them.

This position requires previous management experience, an exceptional track record in South West/Central London and outstanding knowledge of the property market as a whole. 

Package on offer:

  • £35,000 Basic (Guarantee)
  • Car / Car allowance
  • Bonus in place as well as office share, a realistic OTE 100K

In order to apply for this role, you must have a proven track record in Central or South West London residential sales, a strong understanding of what a top agency requires from its management team, and the desire to work relentlessly to bring the results.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Running team meetings
  • Management and 1:1's with team
  • Ownership of your P+L
  • Growing market share – strong ability in winning instructions
  • Hitting quarterly and annual targets
  • Presenting to regional directors quarterly
  • Hiring of new staff
