One of our core clients is looking for 2 experienced Lettings Negotiator's to work across their most successful region in London. As an area, it's highly sought after, fast paced and with relationships on patch going back decades, they constantly command the best stock in the region.

It's a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced who has their eye on management in the not so distant future, providing the foundations which will allow you to come in, get stuck in, prove yourself and step up. The leadership embrace growth and career development and they want ambitious individuals to help drive the company forward long-term.

As the right candidate, you must have following skills/experience:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in Residential Lettings
• Proven track record in hitting targets
• Strong track record in winning market appraisals
• Keen interest in the London property market and future ahead for the City
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Money motivated, enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Package: Strong Basic Salary and Realistic OTE 75K plus car/car allowance
