A Local Authority based in the North East are currently seeking an experienced Dilapidation Surveyor to join their Estates and Property team.

The role will involve doing inspections on their non residential property portfolio and writing up reports. You will also be ensuring that tenants are adhering to Statutory Compliance.

What you need

  • Ideally MCIOB
  • Can start immediately
  • Local Authority experience
  • Happy to travel to the North East when the work requires
