Due to a continued increase in workload, this South Manchester local authority have need for an additional Property Development Manager to join the team and aid in the development/redevelopment of the area. The role would suit a development professional with a mix of experience, proficient in managing the front end of the development process. This will include preparing development briefs and appraisals, creating and managing professional development teams, (including the management of external consultants), handling cost and budget matters, dealing with internal  external stakeholders, etc. The chosen applicants will join a highly successful team and be part of something special within the area. Remuneration will reflect experience and qualification, albeit be in the region of £35-£50,000, (+Considerable Pension).
