I am currently partnering with one of the UKs leading real estate developers, recruiting for an experienced Development Surveyor. The role requires a motivated and driven individual to carry out the delivery of large, mixed use schemes, which are characterised by high attention to detail and quality-led design.
This an exciting opportunity which provides varied exposure across asset classes, commercial, industrial, PRS, education and country parks. You will also be responsible for a number of their strategic sites within London and the UK, which are led by their sustainability and innovation ethos.
Key responsibilities will include, land acquisition for development purposes, planning approval, master planning, disposals and development of new sites. You will be supporting development projects from cradle to grave, taking responsibility for the full process from inception through to completion.

The successful applicant will be MRICS qualified with experience in planning & development. You will also have experience in leading the process for land and property transactions.
