Job Details

Looking for a mix of remote and office working?

Do you want to save yourself time and money on travel?

This local authority is on the search for an Estates Surveyor to join their team and bring something new to the table.

You will start by working remotely and then in the future the view is to work a couple of days on site and at the office per week, you have the freedom to choose. When you are in the office you will not struggle to find yourself a great spot to relax on your break, as well as a variety of food options to choose from when lunchtime comes around.

You will be performing day to day roles such as Valuation, rent reviews, lease renewals and general estates management. Not exactly something you have not done before. If not already attained, working towards an MRICS would be useful as well as having good knowledge and experience in commercial property.

With a very healthy balance between home and office work, you will be saving time and money on everyday travel, as well as more free time for yourself and the family. What is not to like?

I appreciate that your CV may not be up to date, so just send whatever you can.

Everyone will get a response.
