Development Manager - Strategic Land - Midlands

A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a development surveyor/manager to join a small but growing land promoter, they are looking for a switched on development professional who has attention to detail, is personable and has ambition to progress and drive the business forward. 

The role entails a mixture of sourcing and identifying new land opportunities, the ability to negotiate promotion agreements, oversee external consultants and be the driving force for the development team. The sectors this business identifies land for are residential and industrial & logistics, they already have a number of longstanding relationships with some of the heavyweight developers in those fields.

Salary circa £50-70,000, car provision and bonus
