Private Equity Real Estate business, with an expanding UK and European portfolio are looking for an ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial Analyst / Junior Asset Manager to work as part of a team focusing on the UK and Europe. They have a rapidly expanding AUM across the whole of Europe, and buy assets that involve active asset management and development across all property classes, including office, retail, industrial, student accommodation and residential. They are looking for someone at Analyst level looking for a step up into a junior Asset Management role, or perhaps a junior Analyst who is looking for their first move into Private Equity. Candidates must be experts on excel, and have 2 – 3 years hands on real estate experience.


  • Regular liaising with local joint venture partners, including European travel (covid permitting)
  • Initially assisting / contributing within, and later presenting within, Investment Committee meetings, the proposed quarterly asset management strategy for the investments
  • Collaboratively discussing strategic decision making regarding strategy with line manager
  • Devising disposal strategies and executing the transactions
  • Managing and reviewing annually prepared business plan budgets and cost variance in Excel
  • Managing third party valuers in preparing annual valuations and preparing mid-year desktop valuations both on a Gross and Net basis
  • Maintain data relating to the statistics of the various investments and liaising with the Investor Relations team when queries are raised
  • Assist in preparing internal reports for Investment Committee approvals;


  • Strong numeracy skills – confident in cash flow modelling
  • A confident communicator
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in real estate
  • Extensive commercial insight and a strong transactional track record
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • A very strong work ethic
  • An understanding of corporate and real estate laws
  • The ability to present business plan updates concisely
  • A good understanding of macro and micro markets across all real estate sectors
  • A professional qualification such as MRICS, or CFA
  • A team player who has the aptitude to complete tasks under pressure and under own motivation.
