Job Details

We are working with a hugely successful well-funded Land Trader who operate across the whole of the UK.  They have an unrivalled reputation for acquiring opportunity led high risk sites for residential development.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will work closely with the acquisitions team to assess potential new sites from a planning perspective. Once these sites are acquired you will be responsible for progressing these sites through to a successful resolution. You will use both your own planning expertise and that of external consultants, ensuring that both risk and opportunity are equally balanced.

Personal Requirements: You are a qualified town planner with experience of the residential land market. You are entrepreneurial and are able to see the “angles” within a potential site. You are confident in your ability and are able to put across the case for acquiring or declining a development site to your colleagues. You will be empowered to perform and be very much a key part of the business. This is a great opportunity to join a business that is not constrained by red-tape or indeed overly corporate.

My client will consider both existing Directors and Managers looking to make the step up.
