Quantity Surveyor
Leading 5* residential developer
One of the best-known British housebuilders, with over 60 years on the market is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high achieving and dynamic team. The company is renowned for their high-end product and community focused work over the decades.
The position will be taking responsibility of the commercial management and cost effectiveness of two key developments in Surrey.
Mentorship and training will be provided within this position to advance the right candidate to the next level within the business.
This role reports into a Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the management of all cost control procedures; periodically reporting to the executive team; process orders, payments and variations, utilising the corporate payment system in line with the accepted procedures
Requirements:
- At least 3 years as a Quantity Surveyor in a leading housebuilder
- Strong understanding of traditional and timber frame market conditions and rates
- Relevant academic or HND level
