I am currently working with a Local Authority on the South East Coast who are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team.
About the role;
Ensuring all properties are Compliant, carrying out complete surveys of the properties - Maintenance, Repairs, Defects, Health and Safety checks, HHSRS, and preparing schedules of works.
You will be doing viewing for PRS (Private Rented Sector) as well as working with the councils independent emergency accommodation providers.
- HHSRS experience needed!
About the contract;
- 37 hrs a week
- Flexi-working (negotiable)
- Start ASAP
- £22-25 an hour
