Job Details
A UK real estate consultancy is seeking an Associate or Senior Valuations Surveyor for a fixed term maternity cover contract (potential to go permanent).
You will be valuing a residential portfolio covering some a mixture of build to rent and high end property portfolios for a variety of clients and purposes.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing clients with excellent valuation and investment advise and carrying out accurate valuation calculations and reports.
- Reporting to financial institutions.
- Assisting with growing the team revenue and client base and building strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Mentoring junior team members.
Essential Requirements:
- Member of RICS
- Outstanding attention to detail and report writing skills
- Good IT competencies and organisational abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary £45,000-£52,000 + car allowance and benefits
