Marketing Manager – EG - London, Bishopsgate

Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive revenue and awareness for our solutions and EG brand; the most well-known real estate name in the UK. We are looking for someone who can deliver marketing excellence. You will help drive account based marketing methods, supporting our largest key accounts, you will own and deliver projects that support new business development and support with event management from a content and persona perspective and also provide critical market competitor research to help the portfolio team to target specific personas, and also lead on marketing led sales enablement content.

Reporting into the Head of Portfolio Marketing, you will deliver best in class content for targeted key prospects and customers. You will be an influencer and leader and utilise your strong written and verbal skills to educate the company and the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage account based marketing for our largest accounts, working with marketing and sales to ensure that creative content is delivered that is in line with our overarching GTM plans, and also helps to generate leads for upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with the Head of Portfolio Marketing and the Sector Marketing Managers to develop value propositions and look for market opportunities. Lead the marketing initiative for market competitor research, to understand how our competitors market themselves and how we can optimise our messaging across content/website/social media.
  • Be a partner to our Sales Enablement manager on sales training and relevant GTM materials required to support the internal education of stakeholders. Lead on the creation of battlecards, persona templates and competitor review documents that can be shared and used by portfolio/marketing and sales teams to increase knowledge and awareness .
  • Support marketing plans for our products and ensure they are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver on our key customer events, and client feedback forums. Lead on the feedback from a marketing perspective and work with Sector Marketing Managers to build in customer feedback and key messaging into content.
  • Use analytics and insight to understand the customer base and the need requirements of different personas, and build this into content / campaigns, to deliver and design outstanding and innovative customer marketing approaches.
  • Ensure your GTM communications live up to the EG brand and business objectives.
  • Work with external design agencies and the EG product and editorial teams to produce high quality marketing materials that make a measurable impact in the marketplace.
  • Working with results, using our analytics tools to understand the typical marketing metrics to evaluate what can be shared with the business to provide an update on campaign performance.
  • Conscientious of making sure communications are written well, with spelling and grammar checked thoroughly, and identify ways to continue to improve them.  
  • Challenge the status quo and encourage the introduction of new innovative ways to reach our customers.
  • Be a passionate member of our EG Marketing team and constantly champion our customers and their needs to deliver or exceed business objectives.


Experience and Skills:

  • Previous account based marketing experience delivering a wide-range of marketing materials for key clients that also delivers on lead generation
  • Events marketing experience – managing of and creation of content to support
  • Excellent written skills across a range of marketing content piece types and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commercial understanding – a desire to want to deliver on leads and revenue
  • Eloqua/ Marketo / salesforce knowledge
  • Brilliant at building strong stakeholder relationships inside and outside the business
  • Passion for developing great creative in marketing campaigns
  • Some knowledge of the commercial real estate industry would be valuable but is not essential
