A fast-growing, independent surveying practice is looking to hire a Building Surveyor to help support their continued success.

They have developed a great reputation for their work in the residential sector through outstanding advice and excellent client service. The majority of their clients are based in north and west London with IT support to allow you to work flexibly and effectively. 

Key elements of the role;

• Home Buyers Reports
• Building Surveys
• Knowledge of the Party Wall Act would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the residential sector
• Strong customer service skills
