Retail Leasing Manager (SD)

Our client is a major UK commercial landlord who are seeking a Retail Leasing Manager to join the team. 

• This role will see you support the Commercial Director on the development of retail strategies for the portfolio
• Build relationships with existing and target clients, including emerging start-ups to promote the schemes
• Execute the leasing strategy on existing units and new developments, ensuring deals are delivered in line with target occupiers and budgets
• management of day to day relationships with key agents.
• Work with the marketing teams to develop collateral and events to promote the business

We are seeking an MRICS qualified surveyor with experience of leasing predominantly retail products.  You will have a strong understanding of the specifications required for A1 and A3 retail units and a strong network and understanding within the UK retail market.  This is a good opportunity for candidates with retail agency experience looking to move client-side or existing Leasing candidates looking for a fresh and dynamic role.  Retail occupier side transactional experience will also be considered.
