Macdonald and company are proud to be working exclusively with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to recruit the post of Sector Specialist - Property Management & Agency. This unique opportunity will see you provide trusted leadership for RICS on professional / technical matters within key sectors of the surveying profession, globally. As part of a senior specialist team, the role’s principal purpose is to develop and maintain a body of trusted, sector focussed standards and related professional development for the chartered surveying profession. 
 
To be considered for this role it is likely that you will be RICS qualified with relevant sector-based expertise within a government body, residential, corporate real estate, or advisory setting, and with a genuine desire to contribute towards shaping policy and process within the profession. You will regularly lead representation of RICS, (unsupported), on sensitive professional issues within your defined sector areas, in a way which engenders respect and influence with Govt and Industry stakeholders; you will become the established internal expert, advising as required, on all professional issues within a defined range of professional areas, through external networks and own expertise.
