Regeneration Manager – £70k

An ambitious Housing Association in London is looking for a Regeneration Manager with a background in affordable housing to tackle the housing crisis.

If you’ve worked on residential and mixed-use schemes before then you’ll know the drill. You are the person helping first time buyers and families onto the property ladder.

Working on a large-scale project you will deliver new, high quality homes and regenerate local communities. You’ll be joining an experienced team of professionals to deliver innovative projects to help the community.

To start with you’ll be working from home, however it’ll be easy for you to get out on site as this HA is located in an easily accessible part of London.

You will need to be an all-rounder in development management and be able to manage schemes from start to finish. This will include site acquisition, negotiations on land transactions, appraisals,  design and viability assessments through to project delivery. You need to be comfortable tendering and appointing build contractors. You will be required to pick up multiple schemes at different stages of the development cycle.
