It’s been a dark winter, but summer is looking much brighter!
With the exciting news of things picking up, a Local Authority in East Anglia is looking for a chartered surveyor to join the team.
This position will be on an initial 3 month contract with possible extension.
You will be remote working for now, but they are flexible with you coming in occasionally to help carry out inspections.
You will be required to help manage their commercial property portfolio. You will be carrying out rent reviews and lease renewals as well as dealing with Landlord and Tennant matters… all the basics you have done before.
