You will be split between remote working and site and office visits throughout your week. As we come closer to restrictions being lifted this local authority plans on you naturally feeling at home with the office and the property portfolio you will be working with from day one. You will have a huge say as to how your week is split so you can still maintain a healthy home/work life balance.

You will be performing day to day roles such as valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and general estates management. With the portfolio this local authority boasts, you won't be struggling to keep yourself busy and earning yourself the lovely lunchtime options the area holds available.

If not already attained, working towards an MRICS would be useful as well as having good knowledge and experience in commercial property.
