Are you looking to progress into management? Or perhaps you’re already an experienced manager who is looking for their next role?

A Local Authority based in the West Midlands is offering the chance to manage a team of 6 almost completely from home. Once the pandemic is over this client only needs you to go into the office once a week, giving you complete flexibility of how you manage your time!

Managing a corporate estate, you will lead your team to improve the portfolio and ensure income is being maximised.

This will include:

  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • In charge of rental income
  • Ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget

If you’ve worked in Local Government before then this will come naturally.

As a Chartered Surveyor, you will be eager to step into a role like this and gain job satisfaction from working with this type of portfolio.
