Job Details
We are seeking a Property Fund Analyst to join a leading global fund manager. This person will act as the key individual in creating and updating fund financial models, interfacing with the fund and transactions teams to forecast the future path of investment returns, measure performance against benchmarks, explore risks & opportunities and model the impact of acquisitions / disposals and alterations to fund strategy. The role will also include providing modelling output to feed into fund reporting. A significant part of the role will include modelling performance relative to MSCI real estate indexes.
You should have completed relevant property finance related professional qualifications and have significant analytical and excel experience, together with a solid real estate knowledge. Good communication skills is key and you should have knowledge of Argus ValCap software, MRI investment management toolkit or similar is desirable.
